Yes. Condo design is a specialty — I work with Toronto and GTA condo owners on layout, storage, lighting and furniture scaled properly to the space and building rules.

Yes. Virtual consultations are available for clients outside the GTA or anyone who prefers to start online.

Yes. Concept Design and Full-Service clients receive detailed shopping recommendations with sources, sizes and links so nothing is left to guesswork.

For Full-Service clients I handle sourcing and procurement, including trade accounts, order tracking and delivery coordination. Consultation and Concept Design clients purchase on their own timeline.

Yes. I coordinate with contractors, trades and vendors, and I'm happy to work with a team you already trust or recommend professionals I've worked with before.

It depends on the scope, the size of the space and the furnishings budget. Consultations are a flat fee, Concept Design is packaged, and Full-Service is quoted per project. We discuss budget openly in your very first conversation.

A consultation is a single session. Concept Design typically takes two to four weeks. Full-Service projects generally run three to six months depending on scope, sourcing and lead times.

Two to four weeks ahead is typical for consultations. If you're planning around a renovation, a move or holiday hosting, reach out earlier so we can protect your timeline.
